Meet Trescinda, the Director of Synergy Environmental, with over 20 years of experience in both the science and environmental science industries. With a diverse background working directly for coal and gold mines, as well as environmental consultancies, Trescinda brings a wealth of knowledge to her role.

Trescinda has extensive experience in environmental management, with a strong understanding of key aspects and impacts, relating to extractive industries. Her expertise includes providing support for post-approval works, such as implementing Environmental Management Systems, conducting compliance checks, and external and internal auditing, facilitating risk assessments, and preparing management plans. Trescinda also excels in collating monitoring data and reporting, including statutory reporting.

Whether working onsite or remotely, Trescinda is highly motivated and dedicated to achieving successful outcomes for her clients. With her relaxed yet professional approach Trescinda delivers expert guidance and support to clients in the quarrying, infrastructure, construction, and mining industries.
Aside from her extensive experience in the science and environmental science industries, Trescinda has also previously worn another professional cap; as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor.

These days however, Trescinda enjoys being a participant more than an instructor! She loves creating and cooking good food to share with family and friends. Gardening is her go-to activity for finding peace and tranquility; she finds pottering in her garden quite cathartic.
​
When she's not working or cooking up a storm, Trescinda is busy raising her two little children. With both kids in school, she's an active member of the P&C committee and regularly volunteers at the school.

Trescinda's diverse interests and hobbies not only make her a well-rounded individual but also contribute to her unique perspective in the field of environmental management. She is passionate about making a positive impact on the environment and bringing value to her clients through her expertise in post-approval works.
